Patience is a Gift
When electric bikes went on sale at a local department store, my husband, Michael, and I bought two. They’d make riding on hilly trails easier. Leery about the cost, we compared our receipt to the store ad. Realizing we missed the better sale two days earlier and paid $250 more, we returned…

Hi Nancy. I’m totally in sync with your thoughts about humor. The funniest things to me are the everyday moments and ironies of life.
By the way, I’m intrigued to learn more about your time as a photographer. Ken Stabler was one of my all-time favorite players. Our son played high school and lower-level college ball and is now working his way up the ladder (offensive line and strength and conditioning) as a college football coach.

How delightful! Your mother and your granddaughter brought me many smiles. I’m sure you miss your mother so much but how wonderful to keep her words and memory alive.

Thank you for letting me know my mother and granddaughter’s comments about life brightened your day. Yes, I do miss my mother, but she was devout and eager for her soul to be free. I have quoted her more than a few times in my blogs. In fact, my first blog, The Mini Miracle, is about her and it is the main reason I chose to do a Christian humor blog. God bless you, Patty!
